1. Service and availability
These terms govern AirapVideoMagic, operated under the AirapVideoMagic name. Contact support@airapvideomagic.com for service questions. By using the service you agree to these terms and the Content Policy. The studio uses one or two reference photos to generate a new fictional rap or dance performance; available effects and required inputs are shown before checkout.
The generation model is Seedance 2 (seedance-2), accessed through SeeAPI. Each purchase covers one 10-second, 9:16 MP4. Halloween Party Dance includes automatic Nano Banana 2.1 costume-image creation through SeeAPI before a native 480p dance with original AI audio. Both processing steps are included in its $9.90 one-time price. Party Glow uses native 480p and the fixed soundtrack heard in its sample, added after generation. Other effects include original AI-generated audio: 480p for duets and 720p for solo dance effects. Bby Wow Walk automatically trims the opening 0.8 seconds, delivering about 9.2 seconds. A recorded example shows one result, not a guarantee that your result will match it. Custom song uploads, voice cloning and editable lyrics are not offered. Technical failures or maintenance can interrupt availability.
2. Eligibility and photo permissions
You must be at least 18 and legally able to agree. Human photos must depict consenting adults; obtain informed permission from every adult shown for AI processing and your intended use. Pet photos require permission to use the photo, must depict an ordinary cat or dog, and must contain no people. Minors, celebrities, public figures, unconsenting people and unauthorized copyrighted characters are unsupported.
When you consent and continue, you authorize us and necessary providers to process the photos for your order, show the local preview, create the requested result and provide private delivery for the stated period. You retain your rights in the photos. This does not give us permission to publish them as marketing examples or train our own models on them. Prohibited uses are listed in the Content Policy.
3. AI output and responsible use
AI output may alter likeness, coat markings, anatomy, motion, pronunciation or mouth timing. We do not guarantee exact identity preservation, word-by-word lip sync, artistic preference, commercial success, social reach or platform approval. Review outputs before sharing, identify them as AI-generated, and never present them as evidence of real statements, events or endorsements.
You are responsible for permissions and third-party rights in your use. Our branding, interface and examples belong to their respective owners. Viewing an example does not license redistribution of its media, music or likeness. Use of generated outputs remains subject to law, third-party rights and applicable provider terms; copyright protection is not guaranteed. No artist, label or model provider endorses this service merely because a style or model is mentioned.
4. Price, payment and fulfillment
The price is US$9.90 once for one video generation, plus applicable taxes shown at checkout. There is no subscription, automatic renewal or customer credit pack. WAFFO handles checkout as Merchant of Record and provides its buyer terms, privacy information and payment support there. Our server requires verified payment before authorizing a production generation; returning from checkout does not itself confirm payment.
By requesting immediate digital fulfillment, you ask us to begin work after verified payment. Any statutory withdrawal exception applies only to the extent permitted by law and with required consent or acknowledgement; mandatory rights are preserved. Confirmed technical failures are reviewed for a refund through support. There is no promised automatic credit restoration or free retry; uncertain provider submissions are reconciled before another potentially billable task is created.
5. Order access and downloads
Orders are associated with the essential session cookie in the browser used at checkout. Keep that browser and cookie to view progress and download your result. There is no password account or automatic cross-device recovery; contact support with the order ID if access is lost. Do not share private order or download access.
A successful delivery makes a completed video privately downloadable for 24 hours after completion. Download and save your own copy before expiry. Source photos become inaccessible through the app after 24 hours from upload and are scheduled for deletion, or removed sooner following successful delivery. Scheduled deletion and provider or storage backups can lag; the Privacy Policy explains retention. A refund disables the corresponding entitlement and download access.
6. Misuse, restrictions and review
Do not attack the service, evade limits, access another person's orders, infringe rights, impersonate others deceptively or submit prohibited content. We may reject requests, restrict access, stop pending fulfillment or remove material under our control to enforce these terms, protect rights and comply with law. A restriction does not automatically mean a technical failure or entitlement to a refund; circumstances and mandatory rights are reviewed.
Send reports or appeals to support with the relevant URL or order ID and an explanation. We review available evidence; retention and access limits can affect recovery. We may preserve necessary evidence or cooperate with competent authorities as required by law. You are responsible, to the extent permitted by law, for harm and third-party claims from unlawful use or breach.
7. Disclaimers and changes
The service is provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted operation or error-free output. To the extent allowed by law we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct or any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded. Mandatory consumer protections remain in effect.
We may change the service or these terms for operational, security or legal reasons, with notice or agreement where required. Changes do not remove mandatory rights for an existing purchase. Contact support for complaints, disputes or questions about this revision.
