1. One-time purchases
Each AirapVideoMagic purchase is US$9.90 for one generation, plus applicable checkout tax, with no subscription or automatic renewal. WAFFO processes payments as Merchant of Record. Recorded examples and local photo previews are free; they are not free generated videos. Hotel Lobby AI purchases remain with that separate service.
2. Unused purchases and cancellation
You may request a refund for an entirely unused purchase within 14 days of payment. Unused means generation has not been accepted by the provider and no completed video has been delivered. Because fulfillment starts after verified payment, an order may begin before you contact us. We reconcile pending or uncertain tasks before approving a remedy, to avoid fulfilling and refunding the same purchase unintentionally.
Any withdrawal exception for immediate digital fulfillment applies only when permitted by law and with required consent or acknowledgement. Mandatory cancellation, conformity and other consumer rights remain in effect. We do not offer recurring billing that needs cancellation.
3. Technical failures and incorrect charges
If generation definitively fails and no usable video is delivered, contact support for refund review. We check the payment and provider task status first. An interrupted connection or uncertain submission is not automatically resubmitted; this avoids a second potentially billable generation. There is no automatic credit-restoration or retry-credit program.
You should not pay twice for a confirmed duplicate charge or a technical failure. Report duplicate or incorrect charges, corrupted or inaccessible output, or a result materially different from the purchased description. We assess the facts and provide the appropriate remedy, including a refund where required.
4. Delivered videos
A delivered video is a completed result made available privately for download. You do not have to publish it. A successful generation is generally not refundable merely because you change your mind or dislike disclosed AI imperfections. This does not limit mandatory rights for defective or misdescribed digital content.
Download within 24 hours after completion. If you lose browser access or miss the window, contact support with your order ID; we cannot guarantee recovery after deletion. Prohibited-content cases are reviewed separately from technical failures and do not automatically create a refund entitlement.
5. Request and refund processing
Email support@airapvideomagic.com with the subject Billing or refund. Include your purchase email, purchase date, order ID and a short description. Do not send full card numbers, passwords or verification codes. Proportionate ownership checks may be needed.
Approved refunds are processed through WAFFO to the original payment method; timing depends on WAFFO and your bank. We do not promise instant bank credit. Tax, currency conversion and payment-network handling follow applicable law and processor terms. A confirmed refund disables the corresponding generation or download entitlement. You may also use WAFFO's payment support or another remedy available by law.
