Your photos guide a new AI performance. Review the selected effect, photo permissions, one-time price and download window before checkout.
1. Scope and operator
This policy covers AirapVideoMagic, operated under the AirapVideoMagic name, and its image-to-video studio, orders and support. Contact support@airapvideomagic.com for privacy requests. Hotel Lobby AI is a separate service; its customer orders and payment records are not transferred here.
2. Reference photos and your instructions
Selecting a photo initially creates a temporary preview in your browser. It does not upload the photo or start a generation. When you actively confirm permission and continue to checkout, the app uploads the required reference photos to private storage and creates an order with your receipt email, selected effect and consent version. Only use photos you are entitled to process.
After verified production payment, the server sends the selected template prompt and time-limited reference-image URLs to SeeAPI. Halloween Party Dance first uses Nano Banana 2.1 image-to-image to create a costume image, then Seedance 2 (seedance-2) creates the video and original synthetic audio. Other effects use Seedance 2 directly. We store the completed result privately for your download. Photos may contain likeness or other personal data; do not upload sensitive information or unauthorized images. We do not use your uploads to train our own models. The generation provider processes requests under its own terms; we do not promise a provider-wide no-training or zero-retention policy.
3. Orders, cookies and technical records
Cloudflare hosts the website, order database, private media and background processing. HTTP requests can expose an IP address, browser information, paths and timestamps to network operators. Operational records include order and payment identifiers, selected effect, consent version, job status, provider task ID and necessary error information. Limited hashed identifiers support rate limiting and order ownership.
The studio sets an essential HttpOnly, Secure guest-session cookie to associate orders with your browser. Keep the same browser to access your order status and private download. Clearing cookies or changing devices can remove this access; email alone is not an automatic order-recovery credential. Selected local previews are not saved by the app in localStorage or IndexedDB. We do not install advertising trackers in the app. Browser extensions and payment pages may have their own storage behavior.
4. Payments, support and service providers
WAFFO handles checkout and acts as Merchant of Record. We send it your receipt email, product, price and order references; it collects billing and payment information and returns signed payment or refund status to our server. We do not receive or store your full card number. A checkout redirect alone is not proof of successful payment. WAFFO has its own buyer terms and privacy policy on checkout.
Support email uses Cloudflare Email Routing and a Gmail destination inbox. Your address, message and voluntarily provided attachments are processed to answer requests, handle billing and rights reports, secure the service and meet applicable duties. Processing by Cloudflare, SeeAPI, WAFFO and Google may occur outside your country. We rely on your request or contract to fulfill purchases, legitimate interests for necessary security and support where applicable, legal obligations for required records, and consent when required. Applicable safeguards and mandatory local rights continue to apply.
5. Retention and security
Local previews remain in browser memory until removed or the page is left or refreshed. Uploaded source photos stop being served by this app 24 hours after upload and are scheduled for deletion; after successful delivery we remove the input objects as soon as that step completes. Completed videos have a private access window of 24 hours after completion, then access closes and deletion is scheduled. Keep your own downloaded copy.
Time-limited application access is distinct from physical deletion. Background cleanup, storage lifecycle processing, provider systems and backups may take longer; we do not promise that every copy disappears at an exact hour. Order, consent, payment, security and support records may be retained as needed for fulfillment, tax, dispute handling, fraud prevention and applicable law, then deleted or minimized. Access is restricted to necessary personnel and providers; no system is absolutely secure.
6. Your choices and rights
You can browse examples without choosing photos, remove a local preview before submission, and ask support about uploaded information. Depending on your location you may have rights to access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, consent withdrawal or a complaint to your data protection authority. Withdrawal does not undo processing already lawfully performed or necessary record retention.
Email support with the subject Privacy request and enough information to locate your order. We may request proportionate ownership verification. Do not email passwords, codes, full card numbers or unnecessary identity documents. We respond within applicable legal time limits; deleting photos or withdrawing a request may prevent fulfillment of a pending generation.
7. Adults and policy changes
The service is for adults aged 18+. Photos of minors are unsupported. Contact us if you believe a child has supplied personal data. We update this policy when processing changes materially and provide notices or seek consent where required; the revision date appears above.
