1. Supported photos and consent
Users must be 18+. Human effects support your own or properly authorized consenting adult photos. Obtain informed permission from everyone shown for AI processing and intended publication. Pet effects accept ordinary cats or dogs with permission to use the photos and no people in frame. No minors, celebrities, public figures, unconsenting people or unauthorized copyrighted characters.
The studio uses reference photos and fixed templates to generate a new fictional scene. Halloween Party Dance first generates a costume image from an adult selfie, then animates it. The intermediate costume image is private, removed after successful video delivery or scheduled for deletion within 24 hours, and may be processed by SeeAPI and its model provider. There is no target-video upload, face-replacement mode, voice cloning, custom music upload or free-form user prompt input. Do not use fictional performances to misrepresent what a real person said or did.
2. Prohibited content
- Pornography, NSFW or sexually explicit content, sexualized nudity and non-consensual intimate imagery.
- Child exploitation, CSAM, sexualization or endangerment of children; all under-18 photos are unsupported.
- Graphic violence, gore, threats, animal cruelty, encouragement of violence or self-harm, or instructions facilitating physical harm.
- Hate speech, discriminatory harassment, targeted intimidation or abuse of protected groups.
- Unauthorized or deceptive deepfakes, impersonation, fabricated evidence, fraud, false endorsements, political manipulation, face replacement or voice cloning.
- Copyright, trademark, privacy, likeness or publicity-right violations; unauthorized music, footage, logos or copyrighted characters; any other unlawful use.
3. Sharing and intellectual property
Disclose that shared scenes are AI-generated. Do not claim they record a real event or endorsement. Review outputs for rights and safety before publication and comply with the destination platform's rules. AirapVideoMagic is not affiliated with an artist, label, TikTok or another platform merely because a style or trend is discussed. Generated output does not remove permission requirements.
4. Safeguards and limitations
We use fixed server-side effect prompts and enable the generation provider's safety-checker setting. Rejected or failed provider tasks are not delivered as completed videos. These controls have limits: file-type and size checks do not verify age, identity, permission or safety, and we do not claim to have independently verified every upload or to provide human review of every output.
Customer outputs are delivered privately rather than automatically published in a public gallery. We may review reported material and necessary order or provider-status records, restrict access, reject requests or stop further processing. Do not try to bypass filters, limits or restrictions. Serious or repeated misuse may result in blocking or removal of material under our control; lawful retention duties may require keeping relevant evidence.
5. Reports and appeals
Email support@airapvideomagic.com with the subject Content report or Appeal. Give the relevant URL or order ID, explain the issue and your relationship to the rights involved, and provide only necessary evidence. Do not send explicit material or unnecessary identity documents. We review available evidence and can request proportionate clarification; a report alone does not establish a violation.
We may remove or restrict material under our control, pause fulfillment, respond to a valid legal request or explain how to appeal a decision. We cannot promise deletion of copies already downloaded or published elsewhere. Immediate danger or criminal content should also be reported to the appropriate authorities.
